Job Description:
- Responsible the sales, operation and team management of offline retail sales
- Streamline and improve store operations to maximize efficiency, from inventory management to staff scheduling, and loss prevention.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock, minimizing losses and ensuring product availability.
- Recruit, train and manage offline retail sales team
Job Requirements:
- You are passionate about the watches industry
- At least 4-5 years in a similar Manager role within the retail industry
- Ability to drive sales and implement key sales strategies
- Proven track record of people management & team building
- Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising principles, and inventory management
