Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support business growth.
Oversee all finance & accounting functions, including general ledger management, reconciliation, and reporting.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports for management review and decision-making.
Manage tax-related activities, including reporting, and tax strategies.
Lead the budgeting process, manage cash flow, and ensure financial stability.
Coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate and compliant financial audits.
Analyze business and project opportunities, providing insights from a financial and commercial perspective.
Lead and develop the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
Implementing and advising on strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, CA) is preferred.
Experience in the Retail Fashion or Retail industry is preferred.
At least 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 3-5 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, Indonesian tax regulations, and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Proven ability to analyze business opportunities and deliver insights from a financial and commercial perspective.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills.
High work ethic, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
