Supply Chain Management
- Overlook the entire transport & warehouse process flow
- Build and deploy the supply chain planning process effectively and efficiently.
- Focus on continuous improvement processes for ordering, shipping, receiving, storing, and delivering products to meet customer needs
- To act as a Control Tower to maintain the balanced achievements between stakeholders
- Collecting all issues related to our selling products (returns, complaints, etc from any sources such as social media, email, and chats) and collaborating with internal departments in handling the cases.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with key partners (3PL) to execute the process on time and within budget.
- Work closely with Merchandising, Purchasing, Warehouse & Finance to provide customer & stakeholder needs.
- Supervise the end to end process i.e. accuracy, timing.
- Research and analyze the most cost-efficient operational network.
- Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective
- Responsible for any ad-hoc projects from users and teams
Operations Excellence
Continuous Improvement:
- Create, monitor and ensure the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Program with business users to accelerate processes and increase productivity (Internal Memo, Policies, Business Process & SOP).
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring the project runs smoothly according to project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Change Management: Lead and facilitate cross-functional change initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption and realization of benefits.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact on project deliverables.
- System Implementation: Assess and recommend technology solutions (e.g., process automation tools, analytics platforms) to drive continuous improvement.
Business & Process Analysis:
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage advanced data analytics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation across operations functions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact on project deliverables.
