The Finance Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing financial and accounting tasks, including reviewing records, handling banking activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, preparing reports and analysis, and participating in special projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily accounting and finance operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Review bank reconciliations, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax reporting (VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax, etc.) with the Tax Team.
- Coordinate external audit processes and ensure proper documentation.
- Develop, implement, and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate Accounting & Finance team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and related field, with minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1-2 years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting knowledge, accounting journals, accounting standards (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Experienced in generating any financial reporting (financial statements, listings, ledgers, and other reporting).
- Proficient in accounting software (Odoo is preferred) and Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel formula e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
