Responsibilities:
- Lead and give good direction to the Sales Team
- Need to be able to sell
- Prioritize customer satisfaction
- Target oriented and have a great urge to sell
- Selling fashion luxury brands
- Delivering standard service excellence to the customer, based on SOP
- Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a fashion consultant to customers
- Develop a relationship with existing and new customers
- Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
- Controlling product stock availability
- Controlling product and display material is in good condition
- Controlling the display is clean and in accordance with guidelines
Qualifications:
- At least have a Diploma's/Bachelor's degree from reputable academy/university
- Minimum 3 years leading sales team in retail industry
- Customer-oriented with excellent service skills
- High attention to details
- Having skills to do customer behavior analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
- Excellent and effective problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Willing to work on holidays and full shift
