Your expertise will be critical in developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive campaigns across all channels, including online, offline, and marketplace platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that every campaign is strategically aligned with our brand identity and business objectives, effectively reaching and engaging our target audience. Your strategic insights and planning will be instrumental in elevating our market presence and driving measurable business growth.

Job Description:
  • Design & execute multichannel campaign initiatives and projects (Online, Offline, Marketplace)
  • Responsible for full-cycle campaign project management; planning, hands-on execution, real-time monitoring and reporting
  • Create and plan campaign strategy, assign manpower and prepare detailed campaign packages
  • Familiar with creation of e-commerce content, plan content matrix and marketing play for different types of commodity promotion needs, and be responsible for the final communication and transformation effect
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall quality of campaign execution
  • Conduct Post-mortem campaign analysis to identify innovative improvements in campaign performance and processes
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide recommendations for future optimization in structure planning

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in strategic campaign planning, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Passion in watches is a must, as this role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the nuances of the product to create impactful and resonant campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and operations teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze campaign data and understand market and consumer trends.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with analytical and planning tools such as Google Analytics, Google Sheets, or similar software.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
