We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to manage the delivery of marketing performance. This position requires a detail-oriented strategic marketing individual who possesses a good balance between analytical, project management and creative marketing skill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and expand market share.
- Strategize and execute campaign plans across Jamtangan.com products to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Build marketing capabilities and build team in line with performance returns
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth in e-commerce and retail businesses. Experience in the watches or luxury retail sector is a plus.
