Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling visual assets for campaigns across all channels (Online, Offline, and Marketplace), ensuring brand consistency, to create engaging customer experiences.
- Design and produce branding materials, including collateral stationary, that elevate brand identity.
- Create high-quality visuals for social media, blog posts, and digital platforms.
- Stay updated on watch trends and apply industry insights to improve design relevance and appeal.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing campaign, branding, and digital assets.
- Passionate about the watch industry and knowledgeable in current trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Experience with offline and online activation design, including event collateral and promotional materials.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail or e-commerce industries.
- Knowledge in motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles for optimizing digital assets.
