Training Officer

Responsible for ensuring that all staff members are well-equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and training to provide excellent customer service, understand product details, and uphold the brand's reputation.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to familiarize them with store protocols, product knowledge, and brand values.
  • Conduct regular training refreshers to ensure staff are updated with the latest product releases and sales techniques.
  • Help to identify training needs through regular consultation with operations management, sales metrics, and customer feedback, etc.
  • Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendees, and their performance.
  • Provide regular reports to the Manager on training activities and their outcomes.


Requirement:

  • At least 2 years experience in a training role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Familiarity with the watch industry is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to design and execute training programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with various training software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel to different retail locations as required.
