Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product performance and suggest restock, markdowns, or phase-out actions.
- Monitoring stock movements and ensure the availability of product stock.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports (sell-through, stock aging, fast/slow movers).
- Rotate stock of goods to support store sales.
- Analyze the market and recommend products to be included in the purchase plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree any major.
- Good understanding in English, speaking and writing.
- Preferably experienced in handling large volumes of SKUs in merchandising.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field Merchandising/Buyer/Purchasing/Category Management.
- Good understanding of customer behavior and retail market trends.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (Vlookup, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about watches products.
